Due to federal and local regulations, we are unable to accept returned medications once they have been shipped. However, in the unlikely event that your order is lost or does not arrive, we will promptly issue a refund or resend the package—whichever you prefer.
After delivery, refunds are available only if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within one week of receiving it at contact@trusted medicines.com. Your claim will be carefully reviewed, and we will take appropriate action to prevent similar issues in the future.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly before reaching out to your credit card company. We are unable to process refunds if a chargeback has already been initiated with your card provider.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the shipment date.
For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be issued minus the $29.00 USD bank wire fee. Please note that all products remain our property until full payment has been received.
