Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via registered airmail through reputable carriers, ensuring reliable delivery directly to your door. To avoid any delivery issues, customers must provide accurate billing and shipping addresses.
Total delivery time includes payment authorization, order processing, and carrier transit time. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Shipping time officially begins from the moment you receive this confirmation email.
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery within 5–7 business days worldwide. -
Express Shipping (available in most locations)
Delivery within 7–14 business days after order fulfillment and shipment confirmation.
For standard shipping in certain regions, delivery may take 14–21 business days after order fulfillment.
If your order does not arrive, we will offer a free reshipment or a full refund. Please notify us of any delivery issues as soon as possible and within 60 days of the shipment date.
Returns and Refunds
Due to federal and local regulations, we cannot accept returns of medications once they have been shipped.
Refunds are only available if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If you experience any issues, please contact us within one week of receiving your order at contact@trusted medicines.com. All claims will be carefully reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the shipment date.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly before initiating a claim with your credit card company. We are unable to process refunds if a chargeback has already been filed.
Bank Wire Payments
For payments made via bank transfer, refunds will be issued minus a $28.00 USD bank wire processing fee.
All products remain our property until full payment has been received.
